Because he isn't afraid to handle the puck, he does make a fair number of bad passes that lead to turnovers and scoring chances against. That, to me, is the biggest down side to his game. If he plays conservatively, and is paired with a solid stay at home partner, he should be a serviceable #6/7 D-man. Hope it works out in Philly.
