I can't see Dubnyk getting huge money, but I really like the term. The shorter term deal in this case should also help to keep the dollars down as he hasn't really proven anything yet.

EDIT - $3.5M seems pretty high for what he's done to this point, but it's pretty solid for a starting netminder if he proves he's up to the task.
