they are really easy to clean. flip inside out (protect the logos), put in cold/cold wash, set to gentle and you're good. hang dry and call it a day.
i honestly rarely have to wash my jerseys. unless i am skating in them and sweating up a storm, wearing a tshirt under it is enough of a barrier to keep any funk off of it.
White jerseys and a little shout stick or spray helps with food stains, but may take repeated washings.
