He has had more experience, for certain. I didn't mean to come across as saying Gibson will never improve, but he struggled with timing today, and to me, he didn't treat practice with the same intensity as Berube, and that's not a deficiency in experience. That's a maturity and focus issue.

On the bright side though, Dwight King was among the least committed prospects in his first couple years, and he turned it around. Gibson just has to make that decision himself.
