Like I mentioned before, think of keeper leagues like real NHL teams, if a GM goes inactive, we boot him and invite someone to take over their team. Obviously if a GM messes up real bad the new GM will have their work cut out for them, but that is half the challenge/fun too. Best thing is, if we have everyone from hfboards here, it'll be neat as obviously some of you don't agree with my opinions and vice versa, it'll be interesting to see how different approaches some people will take to building their teams.
