Most people realize that.

Most people also realize that its going to take at least a prime roster player, a top prospect, and a #1 pick just to obtain Weber. Then, a contract in excess of 12 years/100M to keep him. Thats absurd in any situation, but especially in a situation where the Rangers have a solid top 4 defense and a real problem when it comes to top 6 forwards.
