So your saying Chris Kelly at 2.1M isn't worth more today from the performance he had before that signing? Same with Neil and Fisher? (Although Fisher was more for being the only player besides Alfie to show up against Anaheim in the finals)

Players cap hits and salaries definitely rise each year not just based on performance, but based on a teams salary caps. Once the cap rises so does each players value. Not sure how you can argue that.
