Geno doesn't strike me as a selfish, me-first, primadonna type of guy, and I think he truly loves it in Pittsburgh. The city has even adopted his parents. I suspect Shero hands him a blank check and keeps Geno around for life, as well. Furthermore, I think he signs the exact same deal Sid did.
