Also, if you can, you should also check out some sites in the other former Yugoslav countries, like Plitvičko lakes. If you head further south for Bosnia and Herzegovina, stop by Dubrovnik, it's a historic site. If you reach Bosnia, you definately must have čevapčiči [chewapchichi] with kajmak [khaymack]. You won't regret it, I promise.
You don't really need to reach Bosnia to eat čevapčiči and kajmak
. In Ljubljana there are more then many places where you can try them. And yes, you will not regret it
