1st Half Note:

Brodin is everything Yeo wants/needs. Really good first pass that allows for quick transition to attack. Two or three plays, one directly to Kyle Thomas that led to a scoring chance.

Kyle Thomas is noticeable every shift. Out of all the invites, he has easily been the best. Always involved, makes good choices. Think he's gonna be a player.

Zucker and Granlund playing give and go a lot. The Granlund goal was a result of good positioning and his linemates' work. Nice of Zucker to put it on net for the rebound.

Larsson simply plays an NHL game. Strong on boards, nice passes, and love that he goes to the net. Does all the little things...NHL goal he had there.

Did not notice Coyle until the goal. Then noticed his next shift down low. I do see his game thriving in the NHL due to his ability to protect puck/cycle.

Bulmer. He plays an NHL game, too. He plays along the boards and puts pucks into areas for teammates to put pressure on D. Love his physical play.

Phillips...makes smart plays...definitely a pass first guy

Gunnarsson made some poor choices with the puck. Liked his skating and passing first scrimmage. Not so far today.

Seeler. Again, have not noticed how he is defensively but really like his wheels.

Broda. Mature body and mature game. Don't think he has a lot of potential left but will be a depth guy that will be good in Houston. Has improved his skating over past two years.

Haula and Bertschy have been invisible to me.

Graovac has not been as noticeable but did stand out one shift. Like his skating and size.

Did not Bussieres as much.

Leaving Dumba for last since he had two great hits. Great timing. That is how he has to get into the game. Just let him take his time to fill out and he will be punishing guys.
