Last few seasons I've been playing the majority on defence with all the pivots and backwards skating keeping up with speedy, shifty forwards. And my hips seem to be taking a beating with tweaks n such. Not as flexible as when I was a kid.
Anyone got some good exercises & stretches for keeping the hips working so I'm not hobbling around like a 70 year old in a few years?
I'm also thinking about starting yoga for better core & hip strength & flexability.
