For me, Gomi vs. Diaz.

The wild Fireball Kid with his dangerous power hooks vs. Diaz's more technical, rangy volume boxing... Gomi's wrestling (which at the time was a solid tool for him, although nowadays would be considered pretty average) against Diaz's dangerous guard... Gomi's huge fireball right hook - which Diaz referred to as "some Hadouken f**kin' punch, busted my s**t up" - and his premature celebration in the first round, then blowing his load going for a finish. Diaz coming back strong and outclassing Gomi, who was fighting on an empty tank but still going for it with huge counters and ripping body shots. The Diaz cut in the second round that could've given the Japanese ref a reason to call the fight for Gomi, and then Gomi's takedown that Diaz immediately turned into one of the first gogoplata finishes in MMA.

A huge upset from Diaz over a pound-for-pound contender, that ended up not counting because he was smoking the reefer.
