i am not saying crossfit isn't hard, or that completing it isn't impressive.

but (1) crossfit "program" varies wildly from one box to another
(2) they don't stress proper form, sometimes criminally so,
(3) jumping into crossfit without adequate levels of strength is pretty much a recipe for injury (and i am not even talking about the injuries from shear stupidity such as this ).
