60% of the time, beer will get you every time. I got into this situation by just not lifting anymore though. End of last summer I got to 200 with visible abs because I worked out for 4 straight months. Got all my numbers back to semi-respectable territory(i lose strength way before I lose mass), but then around mid-september stopping lifting again.
