I get to the gym 3 times a week, but it's more of a supplement than my main source of exercise. Both my house and gym back up to the W & OD trail, so I'll run or bike there, lift weights, and head home. I love exercising outdoors, I run and bike twice a week each. I basically have a gym membership for lifting weights, and exercising when it rains/or is the middle of winter.
