It's not like calling Plekanec a 70 point player because he did it once, or calling Kostitsyn a 25+ goal scorer, but he is a pretty safe bet for 20 goals if you don't use him as a 4th liner.

Did he score 20 goals or 12 last year? I don't care what he's on pace for. I care about the total. I get what you're saying, but if we're counting on a guy scoring 23 goals and he scores 13...what he was on pace for is irrelevant. You're short 10 goals and have to make it up somewhere else.
