I get a ball weighted the same as a puck, set up some cones and just stick handle around them for about half an hour every day, it sounds really repetitive but it really helps with the muscle memory and makes handling pretty much automatic.
My friend who plays on the national team for street hockey got me started doing it and it really helped.
