There was simply no way you can bring back a soft, unproductive 19 year old. There are already 16-year-olds capable of bringing a lot more to the table. But I suspect he's just the first of a couple who know their days in blue are history.
Francisco is probably a good example of a kid who should never have played in the league as a 16/17 year old. Too bad given the talent, bet you he wishes he had not have blown off the U of Maine!
