Whatever Weber had a bad first year, give him time, we have nothing to lose.

O'Byrne brought something the Habs do not have a ton of, size and physicality. Weber brings the same thing as many others do, Subban, Diaz, Markov, etc...

Yes they are both young. That is where it ends.

I do not consider the past year to be Weber's first. He had a cup of coffee the year before and also playoffs. The Habs owe it to themselves to not just throw him on the scrap heap.

Give him a 10 game chance to steal a spot. If he does not, then get something for him.
