I guess you could give Yakupov a 9B or 8,5B, but for Galchenyuk it doesn't make any sense. It would mean he's sure to become a first liner. And that's not the case.

I don't see why he couldn't be a B, yes he missed a year of development time, but it shouldn't take anything away from his overall skill level, since he was considered to be one of the best 16 year olds in the world. As a 3rd overall pick and 1st overall in the OHL, he is projected to be a 1st line forward, and he hasn't done anything to show otherwise outside of the knee injury.
