Wow tons of kettlebells at Mikko's training facility. Curious to know how many NHL'ers use them. I just got a new 40 lb KB and it is MURDER on the forearms. And I have Popeye forearms that are massive and a great wrist shot relative to my skill level! I was just thinking NHL'ers working with 53 lb or higher KB's would probably knock out half their training with just that exercise.

KB + sled training (what Mikko was doing) would probably knock out 90% of their training needs.

Also was Heatley seriously deadlifting ~ 125 pounds?

Clutter looks like he's in great shape compared to the past few years.
