Tyler Seguin is at a minor league baseball game for a "speed dating" promotion. Foul ball nearly hits him in the head. Baseball PR guy uses phone to deflect incoming ball, destroying phone.

I can just imagine the "you've got to be kidding me" like responses from insurance carriers if this had happened and claim was filed.
