Just came back from work listenning to Team990 and they played a clip of Gainey saying that Bonk will pivot the first and that it'll be a gametime decision as to whom will play (Lapierre, Kostitsyn, Streit, Downey).

I'm hoping for Kostitsyn as he could give us a kind of offensive spark.
Even with his style of play, I don't think Lapierre would be much of a factor even if he seems more suitable for fourth line duty.
I think that Kostitsyn might have an impact or as the better chances of having one at the stage of their careers. I guess we'll see what happens... You never know with a guy who has Kostitsyn's talent, he could need only one shot in the whole game to bury one.

Don't know if any of you remember the first scouting reports on him, but some scouts were saying that when it is important, he's playing like it is his last game on earth.

Anyone saw him play for the Bulldogs at the end of the season ? He was apparently very, very good.
Didn't his trio companion Brad Winchester scored the winner for the Oilers a couple game ago ? You never know !
I'd play him.
