There's a ton of Steeler fans and a lot of Steeler friendly bars here but the one with the raffles would be the A & L Sports Pub. It's a hole in the wall, but a high class hole in the wall. Very rowdy with chanting and yelling for the duration of the game. I've been there for a few games and it's always a good time.
Winterhawk tickets are relatively inexpensive, especially if you're used to paying NHL prices.
