Rolling 4 lines is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, it's like, "lets have fringe players play more and contribute nothing while our checking and scoring lines get less ice time then they're used to." No way that playoff 4th line is nearly as consistent during a whole season, especially with the NHL watching for it. Not to mention Clifford is a better player than Nolan in every single way and will further prove that this season, but at any rate giving the 4th line more than 6 minutes a game, particularly intact without an all-star double shifting on that line provides nothing to the game either by your estimation, since you've already discounted hitting and fighting and the line is extremely suspect to produce remotely consistently...
