Personally I love it. I'm the kind of guy that likes to do a lot of things in my head (math and whatnot), so multiple choice or "fill in the answer" questions like the ones on WebAssign are my shizz. Had WebAssign for Calc III last year, and have a very similar program (OWL, like the wizarding tests) for Chem this semester.
I prefer written stuff, so you don't have to worry about did they or did they not get my assignment. Or the fact that there's no room to do work. I also study mainly with homework/quizzes, not with notes, so that also kind of sucks when everything is done online. It's just a whole lot harder to keep track of what you've done and what you have to do next.
