I don't think I'd go along with that based just on one quote from an ISS scout watching 1 tournament. Wishart certainly looked awkward at the WU-18, but I'm sure scouts have been watching his progress throughout the WHL season too. He was arguably the best defenseman in the Top Prospects game. He tested well in the skills competitions. He was captain for Team Canada, which suggests some intangible pluses. He has good size and good numbers, and again, it's not typical for NHL scouts to let big defensemen "fall big time", no matter how gangly or awkward they look. If Sasha Pokulok can go top-15, then so can Wishart. I think he's another guy we need to be talking about as a candidate.
