And you always wanted the Habs to trade Ryder in order for him to get 40 goals??? Wouldn't be better for us to get a good centerman then??? But again, Ryder plays with Saks, doesn't he qualify as a good center???
Montreal are happy when their players play hard and give thunderous body checks. We didn't have that kind of team for a while now and we hated the kind of team who avoid any kind of contact whatsoever. When you have Maurice Richard as the ideal player, you will never accept anything else than hard work. That's why Begin and Bouillon will NEVER be booed. Let's say a team like the Oilers would not be booed....I'm not saying it's right, I'm saying how I think it is....
