The shift level analysis is interesting, though, so it was a nice read for that.
That said I have yet to see a rational objection to my findings that QoC doesn't vary meaningfully from player to player. I independently came to the same conclusion as the two other researchers kindly reported in this thread so I think we can consider this a solved problem in Hockey Analytics. At least until a credible objection comes up.

what you said is correct. QoC measured via corsi is not very useful
