Don't see how anyone can call Ebert a steal. Dude showed so many negatives that he went from being a possible first rounder to barely picked at all. Seems like any player who was once highly touted and fell is called a steal by the fans of the team who drafted him. See it every year with a couple guys.

Reminds me of Tommi Kivisto in the fact that he was hyped, never lived up to it, got drafted in the 7th, was seen as a potential steal and then faded into obscurity (for Kivisto, remains to be seen for Ebert).

Can anyone name for me a player who was highly rated, dropped like a ton of bricks, and then ended up being a good player?
