It's 24 hours in the rules.
However if its brought to my attention that the person didn't receive the pm in the 24 hours it may be extended.
Actually thinking about it I might extend it to 72 hours or so after this offseason because that seems more reasonable than 24 hours.
But it's not a week like real life.
