Kopitar is better in this era of hockey but Apps was easily one of the best two way forwards of his day. Kasper was THE guy that 99 said was the toughest player he ever faced hands down and while he was more a defencive zone specialist he also had nice hands and was useful in the Ozone.

Don" get me wrong, Kopi may end up being the best of all time but as of today he is still becoming the two way player that will make him so.

Marcel wasn't a two way player really at all. He was a brilliant offencive player but he wasn't really anything special in his own end. Remember that the knock on DT when he was early in his career was that he was an all out offencive specialist but not so hot anywhere else. He became better and better as his career went along but he didn't start out as anything more than a hard nosed RW with an eye for the net.
