My health is ok. I have lost 20 lbs since starting which isnt bad since I was about 20 lbs overweight when I started. Its not the best way to lose weight but it worked. If I can get 3-4 hours of sleep a day I'm usually pretty good. I take time off when I can to recharge. Weekends mostly. But I'm not doing bad so far, most didn't think I could make it past the first week. And I think I'm on month 5 now. Only been one REAL bad night so far.
