I agree for Rivet cause he's more a stay at home D with good work ethic.

I disagree for Souray. Maybe you wont see him deliver alot of big hit but its because he isnt the fastest D and he doesnt have a strong vision so he have to keep a better position on the ice. If you want some grit, keep him cause in the corner he's a beast. Everytime I check a game Im thinking : does he want to get the puck or he's just abusing the other player with double-checking, pushing, punch, ... its not easy to play against him.
