Bell doesn't throttle anymore.

Look at prices and bandwidth. I use radioactif. It's one of the cheapest around (if you have a Bell line already activated) and unlimited bandwidth. You get 6 mbps, which is enough for many people but upload kinda sucks. A DSL model can cost you 40-50$. Obviously customer service is far from being the best.
