He should have valid contract with CSKA until 30.04.2015. Look
here It is ilegall if he signed NHL contract. Kucherov terminated his KHL contract and then signd in NHL. Prokhorkin did. One scenario is that he can not play KHL for 2 seasons and cannot sign NHL contract as well. We will see what court says
