Agree to disagree I guess. I think a temporary collective bargaining measure is different that colluding to affect a market.
I can't see how agreeing to stall negotiations with all players until a new CBA is signed could be collusion.
I say agree to disagree because this is really just me typing out long responses and you replying with single sentences that say "yeah but collusion".
For the record, I'm not even positive that I am right, but I am not going to continue debating with myself.
