Yeah, what I meant was that Radulov didn't exactly honor his NHL contract when he signed to the KHL. I did not know there was any agreement currently in place between the two leagues. If there isn't, Semin (if he wanted to) could pull off the same trick and just stay overseas once the lockout ends.
