Yes, it's only above 20 percent what's prohibited. Beer is safe (otherwise the government wouldn't probably survive the protests lol). As for the questionable ban, I'm on the same boat with you - a few years ago I saw a host talking about prohibition on some late night show who said it pretty accurately: "Making something illegal always stops its use. What force is stronger than a citizen's desire to follow the law?
Anyway, a lockout coming a day after that certainly didn't help much.
At least when I make a 4 hour train ride I might get to see Jagr hopefully.
