Too bad it didn't work. He seems to be a very good coach for certain types of players. Gus probably needed more of a general mentor for his first season in the NHL, someone who had been through the same process of coming from a European ice surface to North America and excelled. He may have made Reimers glove hand weaker with that Glove as Blocker theory. I seem to remember him having a good glove in his first years as a pro.

Regardless, probably time for a change. At this point even a few wise words from a veteran would suffice.
