Wrong, lockout pending we will most likely be seeing him in OKC. Here's your proof....

#Oilers Taylor Hall now in town. Says shoulder shouldn't keep him out much longer. Preference to play in #OKC during lockout.

EDIT - Nevermind, now she is coming out and saying that Hall won't be in OKC, not due to lack of interest from him, but because of a rule that doesn't really make much sense.

Hall couldn't be sent down because of his injury, which you can't send an injured player to the minors.... but now they say he isn't elgible because he wasn't sent down by the 15th (which the only reason he wasn't was due to their rule). I figured there had to be an exception in a case like this, but suprisingly there isn't.
