...and this is what is unique to Ontario....Most, if not all other jursidictions across Canada encourage 16 and 17 yr olds to finish their minor career in Midget, with just the few exceptions jumping to Major JR.....JR B would almost exclusively be (in other jurisdictions) for 18-20 yr olds who are going to college/university....It is too bad that Major Midget has lost its cache in Ontario.....
