I was at the Hilliard Darby game last night and around the end of the 1st quarter the sky just opened up big time. It didn't let up at all. The first lightning delay was during halftime (8:46) and it just kept going. They decided to finally delay the game around 10. Game is at 2pm now.
When you live in the country, it can be a 50 minute drive to a conference game.

Wait. I've already stopped talking in generalities.

I drove home from Galion through that mess Friday night. The whole time I was thinking how glad I am that I'm not a bus driver and that the bus drivers better get our kids home safe.

Darby, eh? I believe it was their middle school night, including having band kids march with the HS band. Wonder how that went?
