So, I finally got back to inline so I now play both ice & inline, woohoo! And I realize it takes way faster for me to warmup on inline (around 5 minutes or so) but it takes at least 15 minutes for me to warmup on ice. At times, I just can't get things going and even feel sleepy. While I do play in a slightly cooler city, I really don't think that's the cause.

Never had this issue when I was younger, I'm now 31 now so I thought maybe that's the problem. Any of you experienced something like this?
It's the cold of an ice hockey rink. Simple as that. When I play goal in roller, my stretching usually lasts about 45 seconds before I feel loose enough to play goal. On ice it takes a good 3-5 minutes and many more stretches
