Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Washington could use a player like Frolik. He did have those 20 goal seasons and he does have offensive capabilites, just hasn't worked out very well in Chicago. Don't know what the Chicago would want but I could definitely see Frolik succeeding in Washington

Of course I'm way off on the lines, but Washington looks better with Frolik.
