Protein, work out, eat more than you're used to? My body's metabolism is out of this world but I've been eating more and working out more than I ever have in my life and I've finally eclipsed the 140lbs mark pretty solidly. My weight fluctuates like crazy though, I used to bounce between 130-137 on an every day basis but now I'm sticking pretty steady from 139-142. I don't know if it's "good weight" though. I hope it is but I'm afraid I'm not working out enough to make sure it's good weight and not just my body being like, oh, he's eating more.
