A worry that I share with Drummer is that one probably unintended consequence of the roster cap is that a lot of "bubble" or depth players from Junior A will lose out the opportunity to play AUS hockey. Many such players have worked their ways into AUS team line-ups despite being non-recruited "walk-ons" (Dion Campbell at UNB, R.D.Chisholm at StFX, etc.), but it is unlikely going forward that some coaches will give up one of their 21 skater spots for an "unproven" non-Major Junior player.
