The two sides apparently have some kind of agreement regarding HRR which is a good stepping stone towards more progress.
Honestly, I don't think either side really wants to lose a season. Both sides are bluffing. Just a matter of who flinches first, although it seems like both sides are starting to wiggle a little bit.
