Also... if Bertuzzi is slotted on the third line with Helm, that will drive me nuts. His only useful purpose is playing on a capable scoring line. He's not an effective defensive player or grinder (or at least hasn't displayed that ability) and even his scoring ability is marginal at this point. And Bert being on one of the top two lines means that three of Nyquist, Brunner, Sammy, and Cleary are in the bottom six or out of the lineup. Which is not a good situation either. Replacing Bert with Hudler fixes the lineup issues he causes and provides the Wings the top-six forward they need. Replacing him with Drew Miller, Patrick Eaves, Jan Mursak, or Cory Emmerton doesn't provide the top-sixer, but it allows for better line combinations to be put together. Think about this lineup:

Bert/Dats/Franzen
Flip/Z/Sammy
Nyquist/Helm/Brunner
Cleary/Abs/Tootoo

And now these lineups:

Cleary/Dats/Franzen
Flip/Z/Sammy
Abs/Helm/Tootoo
Nyquist/Emmerton/Brunner

or

Flip/Dats/Brunner
Nyquist/Z/Franzen
Cleary/Emmerton/Sammy
Abs/Helm/Tootoo

Do you like the lineup with or without Bert? Also, you can take Emmerton out and put in Miller, Eaves, or Mursak if you like. I've been wanting to see a Mursak/Helm/Cleary or Mursak/Helm/Eaves line out there. Maybe Mursak/Helm/Nyquist?
With both of the lines you just posted, I see the demise of the Detroit legacy.
