Must want to bring up revenue and profit. I don't think this will actually happen because I don't think there is any way in hell that Toronto allows a second team into their market. Plus, that team would likely have a similar impact to the Islanders in New York. I think that would be a mistake in the long run.

A team in Quebec City makes a lot more sense and I think that they definitely need a team. They're a team that, like Winnipeg, would be a small market, high revenue team that would be extremely beneficial to the NHL. So, rather than Toronto or Hamilton receiving a franchise I think the league would be better served awarding a franchise to either Seattle or Houston than taking existing revenue from Toronto and Buffalo and just move it to a team in Hamilton or a second team in Toronto.
